Investigative Report
Concerns Regarding “Share The Winnings” Lotto Club and Associated Business Practices
Prepared from the perspective of an independent consumer investigator and participant
Overview
This report documents my personal experience as a paying member of an online lottery-style matrix program known as “Share The Winnings”, and outlines a series of events that raise concerns regarding transparency, member treatment, and business practices following a change in ownership.
This report is presented for informational and consumer-awareness purposes only.
All statements herein are either:
1) Based on my direct, first-hand experience, or
2) Derived from publicly available materials, communications, and representations, which I have retained where applicable.
Readers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence and draw their own conclusions.
Background: The “Share The Winnings” Program
“Share The Winnings” was originally operated by Jeremy Duncan and structured as a 3×10 matrix-based lottery club. Members paid recurring $60 monthly fees and worked to establish and maintain positions within the matrix.
At the time relevant to this report:
1) My membership was active and in good standing
2) I held a top-tier matrix position (3rd leg top position direct to the company)
3) That position required time, participation, and financial commitment to achieve
Change of Ownership and Lack of Disclosure
At some point, the business was sold or transferred to new ownership. Based on a subsequently released video and other communications, the new owners were identified as:
Jeffrey Michael Breakey
Jack Fallon
Prior to the release of that video:
1) I received no direct notice of the sale
2) I was not contacted to confirm whether I wished to remain a paying member
3) No explanation of how existing matrix positions would be handled was provided
Account Access Terminated Without Notice
Following the ownership change:
1) I was unable to access my back office
2) No termination notice, refund, or explanation was provided
3) My membership had not expired or lapsed
I contacted Jeremy Duncan, the previous owner, who indicated he would reach out to the system programmer to resolve the issue. No follow-up occurred, and I received no response from the programmer despite multiple attempts.
At no point did the new owners contact me directly regarding:
1) Account status
2) Continuation of membership
3) Reinstatement options
4) Transfer of matrix placement
Disclosure via “Special Video”
Weeks later, a recorded video was released identifying the new owners and discussing the transition. This was the first time I became aware of who had acquired the company.
The video characterized the transition as transparent and ethical; however, this conflicted with my experience, as I—and other members I spoke with—had already lost access without notice or explanation.
I retained a copy of this video for documentation purposes.
Subsequent Developments
Several months later:
1) Jeremy Duncan reportedly regained control of the company
2) The compensation plan was changed to a 3×5 matrix
3) I requested reinstatement to my prior position or an equivalent placement
Despite earlier representations that my team would be placed beneath me, no corrective action occurred, and communication again ceased.
Additional Consumer Concerns
(Separate Business Activities)
During my research, I also reviewed business activities associated with Jeffrey Michael Breakey, including a direct mail and lead-generation business known as Direct Mail Essentials (DME).
Public representations associated with that business include:
1) Discounted postage products
2) Lead guarantees (“Nixie guarantees”)
Important clarification:
I am not asserting criminal activity. However, I believe certain claims and practices raise reasonable consumer-protection questions, particularly regarding:
1) The legality of deeply discounted postage products
2) Inconsistencies in written guarantees
3) Risk exposure to customers if representations are inaccurate
Consumers should independently verify:
1) Compliance with USPS regulations
2) The nature and source of any discounted postage
3) Refund or replacement policies in writing
Why This Report Matters
This report is not written out of malice or retaliation. It is written because:
1) Members lost positions without notice
2) Ownership changes occurred without adequate disclosure
3) Communication ceased when legitimate questions were raised
4) Representations made publicly did not align with my documented experience
Programs involving matrix structures, recurring fees, or lottery-style participation require exceptional transparency, especially during ownership transitions.
Conclusion and Consumer Advisory
Based on my experience, I recommend that anyone considering involvement with:
1) “Share The Winnings”
2) Successor or related programs
3) Any associated direct-mail or lead-generation offers
…proceed with heightened caution, obtain written confirmations, and retain independent documentation of all agreements.
If you believe you have been financially harmed, consider reporting your experience to:
1) Your state Attorney General
2) Consumer protection agencies
3) Appropriate regulatory bodies
Final Note
This report reflects my experience and observations. Others may have had different outcomes. Transparency, communication, and fair treatment of members are foundational to trust in any business model. When those elements break down, scrutiny is warranted.

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey states that he has the absolute best mailing leads in the business at this URL of https://www.bestmailingleads.com. Below is his "Guarantee" taken straight from his website with a Screen Capture, which from the way he treated me, I sure would not believe him about his Nixie Guarantee!
DME is based out of Sandpoint, ID, however, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is using a MI address at this time, which we will discuss later.
Below is Exhibit 1:

Here is another Proof that Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is a Scammer, and STEALS from the US Postal Service. This for sure is not Integrity, or even close to Morally Right! We all know that the current rate for a FIRST CLASS POSTAGE STAMP, at the time of this writing, is 78 Cents! So, just wondering, how can Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey afford to buy "LEGIT" stamps for 78 Cents per stamp, and turn around and sell them for 28 Cents Per Stamp?
Yep, you guessed it - Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is a - SERIAL SCAMMER & SERIAL LIAR! You would think that by the time a person turned 66, at the time of this written report, being that his Birthday is January 15, 1959, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey would understand what Honesty, Integrity, having Morals, and what Transparency was all about!
Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey still owns his home in Sandpoint, ID, and is currently renting it out. Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is currently in MI taking care of his mother, and is using the PO Box address above, according to the statement on the above website.
I see he also owns 10 acres of ground in OK with a small building, with a Jennifer L. Stroud, which they probably use for hunting. The address of that ground is: 16465 S 187th West Ave. Kellyville, OK 74039. According to Realtor.com, the building is a bit over 1,200 Sq. Ft., so looks like a small home/hunting cabin.
I have not spent much time looking around for what Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey owns, as that is not important to me, or to us at this time, as we are only interested in his Honesty, Integrity, and Character, which as you can see from the evidence on this report, and the video on how he treated me, and probably other people as well, he has NONE of those good qualities.
His Sandpoint, ID address is: Click Here To See Pics
309 S Boyer Ave.
Sandpoint, ID 83864-1606

There is also a "BRAG" section on the site, and I took a snap shot for you review. Just click the image below to go directly to the website where it is located.
Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey has an Affiliate program for his leads program. The benefit is to earn residual commissions, which is great, and to get half price leads, again, a great deal. However, is the initial price such a great deal? Personally, it is not for me, however, it may be of interest to you, and you can see that offer in the below image.
Even for the Basic Affiliate Program, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey extorts $20, so again, to me, not really all that legit of a business owner. Hum, I wonder if he would accept 72 FAKE CHINA STAMPS as the $20 Payment? I am guessing, probably not, as scammers only SELL SCAM PRODUCTS, and do NOT want to be PAID WITH SCAM PRODUCTS!!
It is kinda like the Government saying they spend $600 for Hammers and Toilet seats. If I took the IRS say 2 Hammers, and 2 Toilet Seats at tax time, would we be even? Thing is, I threw in a bit extra on my taxes just for them as I would hate to see the IRS Cheated!
The turn off with Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey's guarantee, which may sound good to some people, is that I would not get a cash refund of "CASH MONEY" for a Nixie so I can buy a LEGIT STAMP from the US Post Office, as Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey wants to send me one of his FAKE 28 Cent Stamps, probably printed and imported direct from China!
I understand we all want to save money on our postage so it will increase our bottom line for bigger profits. However, when you take all the time of putting your mailings together, and the expense to pay for all the printing costs, should the Post Office discover that your Stamps are FAKE, then all your mailings could go straight into the dumpster, or worse!
The worse part is, they will be knocking on your door, with a rather large postage bill that is due, an outrageous fine, and you may be doing some prison time, because you are STEALING from the US Postal Service. Do you really think it is worth that risk?
Again, lets keep our Honesty and Integrity intact, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, and lets ignore the temptation of cheating on our Postage. I mean, would you be willing to cheat on your taxes with the US Government? The US Postal Service is still a government agency, and I am willing to bet they are keeping a record of the Low Life Scammers who are selling these FAKE STAMPS, and of the people who are using them.
Hum, would you try to use counterfeit money to do your grocery shopping? Or to pay your bills? If so, you are headed for some Serious Legal Issues! Again, lets just be Honest, and keep our Integrity Intact!
Below is Exhibit 2:

Now, lets take a look at Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 from above. Here is some Straight Up Scammer Talk, as Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey simply Can NOT figure out his guarantee, and like I mentioned earlier in this report, I simply do NOT trust serial scammers & compulsive liars.
Each of these Exhibits have a different "NIXIE GUARANTEE". Nixies happen, so nothing odd about that, as every list company has them, and they simply can not be avoided. However, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey needs to get this crap together, as they say, and give us a straight answer as to what his Nixie Guarantee actually is, or, is not!
Exhibit 1 - by all means would be the Best Nixie Guarantee for the buyer of his leads, however, I really have my doubts he would ever live up to that guarantee, as I do not find Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey to be Honest, Ethical, or Moral with his actions from past experiences.
Exhibit 2 - is not a good Nixie Guarantee at all, as he is giving you absolutely nothing in return. FAKE, COUNTERFEIT STAMPS are of no value, and can actually land you in way too much trouble and legal issues once you are found out of using Fake Stamps.
So, you can see right here with Exhibits 1 and Exhibit 2, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey actually does not know what his Nixie Guarantee is, so, how does he expect us to know what his Nixie Guarantee is as well! So again, I would avoid doing any dealings with Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, unless you are just bored and looking for some possible, future IRS & US Postal Service Agents Breathing down your neck with a Postage Due Bill, and maybe some time behind bars, then probation and community service!
P Diddy is not happy in there, and neither is Michael Thomas Glaspie, AKA Mike G, or any of the other criminals, so, I doubt if you are going to think that Club Fed is much of a vacation either!
You have been warned about DME, and Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey. Proceed at your own risk, and don't come crying to me when you get less than desirable results.
