Been Ripped Off By Jeff Breakey?
"Share the Winnings"
A Lotto Opportunity Gone Wrong?
Let’s talk about something that was supposed to be fun — a community-style lottery club called "Share The Winnings" — and how quickly things can go south when the wrong people get involved.

Originally started by Mr. Jeremy Duncan, this Share The Winnings Lotto Club had promise. It operated with a structured 3-by-10 matrix system, and members like myself worked hard to earn and maintain our positions. I personally held a key spot — number 3 leg, in the number one top spot of the 3-by-10 matrix — something that took time and effort to achieve.

But things started to change when Mr. Jeremy Duncan sold the business to two individuals, one of whom goes by the name Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, and the other being Mr. Jack Fallon. Both are from Michigan and, based on my experience and the experience of others, they’ve demonstrated a serious lack of transparency and professionalism since taking over the "Share The Winnings" MLM Lotto Club.

Suddenly Shut Out — Without Warning

After the ownership changed hands, I found myself locked out of my account without any notice. My membership was still active — I was never notified otherwise — and yet I was effectively removed from the program without explanation.

I reached out to Mr. Jeremy Duncan, asking him to contact Jim, the programmer, to look into why I couldn’t access my back office. Mr. Jeremy Duncan said he would — but I never heard another word. Jim hasn’t responded to any of my messages either.

To make matters worse, none of the new owners ever contacted the existing members that I know of, as I do know they never contacted me. There was no effort to communicate, no courtesy emails asking if we wanted to continue with our positions, and no explanation about what was happening. It felt like they just handed my hard-earned position off to one of their own buddies — without so much as a heads-up.

The “Special Video” That Pulled Back the Curtain

For weeks, many of us were left in the dark — until a so-called “Special Video” was released that revealed the new owners, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey. and Mr. Jack Fallon, and what had really happened. That’s when we learned that Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey was now part of the operation, and one of the new owners. No one knew who he was before this video. There was no public announcement, no emails, no transparency — just a silent takeover and a loss of trust.

I’ve downloaded this video in case it disappears, and the link is available in this report for anyone who wants to see the truth. In it, the new owners pat themselves on the back, praising their transparency and honesty — all while many of us are sitting here completely cut out, with no explanation and no access to what we helped build.

"Transparency, Honesty, and Legitimacy"?
Not What It Looks Like At All Guys...

It’s frustrating — and honestly disappointing — to watch people talk about being honest, legitimate, and transparent, while acting in ways that are anything but. This situation left me feeling cheated, unheard, and frankly, used, abused, and totally screwed over. I trusted this project. I Trusted Mr. Jeremy Duncan, I am a trusting person, and I contributed a lot of time and effort to help get this Lotto Project Launched. And I worked hard for my spot, and it is not right to just have it ripped away.

What's even more disheartening is that some of the people involved present themselves as spiritual or religious — yet their actions tell a very different story, which I am starting to learn that, those kinds of people are just the exact opposite. Unfortunately, I’ve learned that some of the biggest red flags are often hidden behind promises of faith, family values, and integrity.

Why This Matters — And Why I’m Sharing

At the end of the day, this is about more than just a Lotto Matrix Club Opportunity. It’s about how people treat others. It’s about standing up when you’ve been mistreated, used, abused, and stolen from, and warning others before they fall into the same trap of these nasty scammers.

I’m sharing this story not out of spite — but out of a genuine desire to help others avoid financial and emotional setbacks like the one I experienced with the "Share The Winnings" MLM Lotto Opportunity. If you’ve been involved with "Share The Winnings" or know someone who has, make sure you do your homework, ask questions, and protect your interests. By the time you see this report, the comp plan has changed several times, and it is no longer a 3-by-10.

Final Thoughts

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, one of the new owners who talks a good talk, may present themselves as trustworthy businesspeople, but my experience — and the experience of others — tells a different story. I just do not see how you can treat others the way they do, while they say they are Honest and Transparent! Seriously, fellas?

If you're thinking about joining something like this, or with anyone by the Name of Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, Mr. Jeremy Duncan, or Mr. Jack Fallon, be super cautious, and take the for sure bet, and just run the other way, as you too, will lose out and get scammed. This is my story, and this is what happened to me, and thing is, it damn well could happen to anyone, including YOU! And don’t be afraid to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. Sometimes the nicest words are just a cover for the worst intentions.

    Stay Smart.
       Stay Safe.
           And most Importantly -
Stay Informed - And leave your reports of getting scammed with the proper authorities

You have been warned about  Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, Mr. Jack Fallon, and Mr. Jeremy Duncan with this fiasco.

Have a Blessed Day, and thank you for reading.

PS A couple of months later after all this fiasco, Mr. Jeremy Duncan got the company back, changed the comp plan to a 3-by-5, and I asked him if he was going to put me back in my spot that I had worked so hard to get. Would you be surprised if I told you that it was just complete silence with Mr. Jeremy Duncan! He had promised me in the first original deal that he would place my team right under me in that top spot, however, after months of going back and forth, it never happened.

Again, this is just one more piece of proof and evidence that Mr. Jeremy Duncan is a compulsive liar & compulsive scammer!

Share The Winnings - Latest in the list that I know of, which hit home hard for me, as he claimed to be a "Good Guy with Transparency!" Sure, what ever Mr. Breakey...

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey operates the business below - Use Caution...

DME - Direct Mail Essentials
PO Box 303
Clarkdale, MI 49234

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is also using the PO Box address below...

PO Box 6035
Plymouth MI 48170

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey states that he has the absolute best mailing leads in the business at this URL of https://www.bestmailingleads.com. Below is his "Guarantee" taken straight from his website with a Screen Capture, which from the way he treated me, I sure would not believe him about his Nixie Guarantee!

DME is based out of Sandpoint, ID, however, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is using a MI address at this time, which we will discuss later.

    Below is Exhibit 1:

Here is another Proof that Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is a Scammer, and STEALS from the US Postal Service. This for sure is not Integrity, or even close to Morally Right! We all know that the current rate for a FIRST CLASS POSTAGE STAMP, at the time of this writing, is 78 Cents! So, just wondering, how can Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey afford to buy "LEGIT" stamps for 78 Cents per stamp, and turn around and sell them for 28 Cents Per Stamp?

Yep, you guessed it - Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is a - SERIAL SCAMMER & SERIAL LIAR! You would think that by the time a person turned 66, at the time of this written report, being that his Birthday is January 15, 1959, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey would understand what Honesty, Integrity, having Morals, and what Transparency was all about!

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey still owns his home in Sandpoint, ID, and is currently renting it out. Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey is currently in MI taking care of his mother, and is using the PO Box address above, according to the statement on the above website.

I see he also owns 10 acres of ground in OK with a small building, with a Jennifer L. Stroud, which they probably use for hunting. The address of that ground is: 16465 S 187th West Ave. Kellyville, OK 74039. According to Realtor.com, the building is a bit over 1,200 Sq. Ft., so looks like a small home/hunting cabin.

I have not spent much time looking around for what Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey owns, as that is not important to me, or to us at this time, as we are only interested in his Honesty, Integrity, and Character, which as you can see from the evidence on this report, and the video on how he treated me, and probably other people as well, he has NONE of those good qualities.

His Sandpoint, ID address is:     Click Here To See Pics

    309 S Boyer Ave.

There is also a "BRAG" section on the site, and I took a snap shot for you review. Just click the image below to go directly to the website where it is located.

Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey has an Affiliate program for his leads program. The benefit is to earn residual commissions, which is great, and to get half price leads, again, a great deal. However, is the initial price such a great deal? Personally, it is not for me, however, it may be of interest to you, and you can see that offer in the below image.

Even for the Basic Affiliate Program, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey extorts $20, so again, to me, not really all that legit of a business owner. Hum, I wonder if he would accept 72 FAKE CHINA STAMPS as the $20 Payment? I am guessing, probably not, as scammers only SELL SCAM PRODUCTS, and do NOT want to be PAID WITH SCAM PRODUCTS!!

It is kinda like the Government saying they spend $600 for Hammers and Toilet seats. If I took the IRS say 2 Hammers, and 2 Toilet Seats at tax time, would we be even? Thing is, I threw in a bit extra on my taxes just for them as I would hate to see the IRS Cheated!

The turn off with Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey's guarantee, which may sound good to some people, is that I would not get a cash refund of "CASH MONEY" for a Nixie so I can buy a LEGIT STAMP from the US Post Office, as Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey wants to send me one of his FAKE 28 Cent Stamps, probably printed and imported direct from China!

I understand we all want to save money on our postage so it will increase our bottom line for bigger profits. However, when you take all the time of putting your mailings together, and the expense to pay for all the printing costs, should the Post Office discover that your Stamps are FAKE, then all your mailings could go straight into the dumpster, or worse!

The worse part is, they will be knocking on your door, with a rather large postage bill that is due, an outrageous fine, and you may be doing some prison time, because you are STEALING from the US Postal Service. Do you really think it is worth that risk?

Again, lets keep our Honesty and Integrity intact, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, and lets ignore the temptation of cheating on our Postage. I mean, would you be willing to cheat on your taxes with the US Government? The US Postal Service is still a government agency, and I am willing to bet they are keeping a record of the Low Life Scammers who are selling these FAKE STAMPS, and of the people who are using them.

Hum, would you try to use counterfeit money to do your grocery shopping? Or to pay your bills? If so, you are headed for some Serious Legal Issues! Again, lets just be Honest, and keep our Integrity Intact!

    Below is Exhibit 2:

Now, lets take a look at Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 from above. Here is some Straight Up Scammer Talk, as Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey simply Can NOT figure out his guarantee, and like I mentioned earlier in this report, I simply do NOT trust serial scammers & compulsive liars, like Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey.

Each of these Exhibits have a different "NIXIE GUARANTEE". Nixies happen, so nothing odd about that, as every list company has them, and they simply can not be avoided. However, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey needs to get this crap together, as they say, and give us a straight answer as to what his Nixie Guarantee actually is, or, is not!

Exhibit 1 by all means would be the Best Nixie Guarantee for the buyer of his leads, however, I really have my doubts he would ever live up to that guarantee, as I do not find Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey to be Honest, Ethical, or Moral with his actions from past experiences.

Exhibit 2 is not a good Nixie Guarantee at all, as he is giving you absolutely nothing in return. FAKE, COUNTERFEIT STAMPS are of no value, and can actually land you in way too much trouble and legal issues once you are found out of using Fake Stamps.

So, you can see right here with Exhibits 1 and Exhibit 2, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey actually does not know what his Nixie Guarantee is, so, how does he expect us to know what his Nixie Guarantee is as well! So again, I would avoid doing any dealings with Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, unless you are just bored and looking for some possible, future IRS & US Postal Service Agents Breathing down your neck with a Postage Due Bill, and maybe some time behind bars, then probation and community service!

P Diddy is not happy in there, and neither is Michael Thomas Glaspie, AKA Mike G, or any of the other criminals, so, I doubt if you are going to think that Club Fed is much of a vacation either!

You have been warned about DME, and Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey. Proceed at your own risk, and don't come crying to me when you get less than desirable results.
