Been Ripped Off By Jack Fallon?
"Share the Winnings"
A Lotto Opportunity Gone Wrong?
Let’s talk about something that was supposed to be fun — a community-style lottery club called "Share The Winnings" — and how quickly things can go south when the wrong people get involved.

Originally started by Mr. Jeremy Duncan, this Share The Winnings Lotto Club had promise. It operated with a structured 3-by-10 matrix system, and members like myself worked hard to earn and maintain our positions. I personally held a key spot — number 3 leg, in the number one top spot of the 3-by-10 matrix — something that took time and effort to achieve.

But things started to change when Mr. Jeremy Duncan sold the business to two individuals, one of whom goes by the name of Mr. Jack Fallon, a successful entrepreneur with the "Total Life Changes" company, AKA, TLC, and the other being Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey. Both are from Michigan and, based on my experience and the experience of others, they’ve demonstrated a serious lack of transparency and professionalism since taking over the "Share The Winnings" MLM Lotto Club.

Suddenly Shut Out — Without Warning

After the ownership changed hands, I found myself locked out of my account without any notice. My membership was still active — I was never notified otherwise — and yet I was effectively removed from the program without explanation.

I reached out to Mr. Jeremy Duncan, asking him to contact Jim, the programmer, to look into why I couldn’t access my back office. Mr. Jeremy Duncan said he would — but I never heard another word. Jim hasn’t responded to any of my messages either.

To make matters worse, none of the new owners ever contacted the existing members that I know of, as I do know they never contacted me. There was no effort to communicate, no courtesy emails asking if we wanted to continue with our positions, and no explanation about what was happening. It felt like they just handed my hard-earned position off to one of their own buddies — without so much as a heads-up.

The “Special Video” That Pulled Back the Curtain

For weeks, many of us were left in the dark — until a so-called “Special Video” was released that revealed the new owners, Mr. Jack Fallon, and Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey and what had really happened. That’s when we learned that Mr. Jack Fallon was now part of the operation, and one of the new owners. There was no public announcement, no emails, no transparency — just a silent takeover and a loss of trust.

I’ve downloaded this video in case it disappears, and the link is available in this report for anyone who wants to see the truth. In it, the new owners pat themselves on the back, praising their transparency and honesty — all while many of us are sitting here completely cut out, with no explanation and no access to what we helped build.

"Transparency, Honesty, and Legitimacy"?
Not What It Looks Like At All Guys...

It’s frustrating — and honestly disappointing — to watch people talk about being honest, legitimate, and transparent, while acting in ways that are anything but. This situation left me feeling cheated, unheard, and frankly, used, abused, and totally screwed over. I trusted this project. I Trusted Mr. Jeremy Duncan, I am a trusting person, and I contributed a lot of time and effort to help get this Lotto Project Launched. And I worked hard for my spot, and it is not right to just have it ripped away.

What's even more disheartening is that some of the people involved present themselves as spiritual or religious — yet their actions tell a very different story, which I am starting to learn that, those kinds of people are just the exact opposite. Unfortunately, I’ve learned that some of the biggest red flags are often hidden behind promises of faith, family values, and integrity.

Why This Matters — And Why I’m Sharing

At the end of the day, this is about more than just a Lotto Matrix Club Opportunity. It’s about how people treat others. It’s about standing up when you’ve been mistreated, used, abused, and stolen from, and warning others before they fall into the same trap of these nasty scammers.

I’m sharing this story not out of spite — but out of a genuine desire to help others avoid financial and emotional setbacks like the one I experienced with the "Share The Winnings" MLM Lotto Opportunity. If you’ve been involved with "Share The Winnings" or know someone who has, make sure you do your homework, ask questions, and protect your interests. By the time you see this report, the comp plan has changed several times, and it is no longer a 3-by-10.

Final Thoughts

Mr. Jack Fallon, one of the new owners who talks a good talk, may present themselves as trustworthy businesspeople, but my experience — and the experience of others — tells a different story. I just do not see how you can treat others the way they do, while they say they are Honest and Transparent! Seriously, fellas?

If you're thinking about joining something like this, or with anyone by the Name of Mr. Jack Fallon, Mr. Jeremy Duncan, or Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, be super cautious, and take the for sure bet, and just run the other way, as you too, will lose out and get scammed. This is my story, and this is what happened to me, and thing is, it damn well could happen to anyone, including YOU! And don’t be afraid to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. Sometimes the nicest words are just a cover for the worst intentions.

    Stay Smart.
       Stay Safe.
           And most Importantly -
Stay Informed - And leave your reports of getting scammed with the proper authorities

You have been warned about  Mr. Jack Fallon, Mr. Jeffrey Michael Breakey, and Mr. Jeremy Duncan with this fiasco.

Have a Blessed Day, and thank you for reading.

PS A couple of months later after all this fiasco, Mr. Jeremy Duncan got the company back, changed the comp plan to a 3-by-5, and I asked him if he was going to put me back in my spot that I had worked so hard to get. Would you be surprised if I told you that it was just complete silence with Mr. Jeremy Duncan! He had promised me in the first original deal that he would place my team right under me in that top spot, however, after months of going back and forth, it never happened.

Again, this is just one more piece of proof and evidence that Mr. Jeremy Duncan is a compulsive liar & compulsive scammer!
